Last nights trip to the house left us feeling even more anxious to move into our first home. We were like two kids walking into a candy store for the first time. As we approached the house we noticed that the doorbell was installed and lit up. We must have rang the door bell five times and laughed. Just knowing that this was almost our house. It was almost complete. And that the waiting was almost over.
As we walked into the house we noticed that the flooring was complete, the shelves were installed in the two closets on the landing, and all of the doors were installed on the inside of the house. Our water heater and sockets for the washer and dryer were also completed.
On the second floor we walked into our kitchen, which is now furnished with cabinets, appliances (minus the refrigerator), an island, flooring, and a light fixture in the eat-in kitchen. Everything looked absolutely amazing and exactly how we hoped it would come together. The half bath was also finished on the second floor.
On the third floor the hall bathroom and the master bathroom were completed.
