Pre-Drywall Meeting!

Today we met with our project manager, Drew, to go over all of the details inside the house before they start drywall tomorrow. As we approached the house today we noticed that all of the siding and stone front was complete. We were both so thrilled with how the stone front turned out. The contractors also had the doors installed and we were told that they will begin installing trim, shutters, and finish all drywall within the next two weeks.

During our meeting today we also had Drew mark out our property line. He also mentioned that we have one of the biggest lots in the community. We are very excited about that as we plan to have many BBQs, horse shoe tournaments, and parties in our backyard. Drew also mentioned that the construction is moving rather quickly and they believe that the house will be finished the first week of December. If all goes to plan, we should be home owners before Christmas! What a perfect Christmas present for our first year as a married couple!

Lastly, I would like to leave you all with updated pictures from our trip today. These will be the last pictures for about a week and a half until we go to see the house after they finished the drywall and trim.
