Settlement!!

We finally received our settlement date and to our surprise it is one whole month earlier then we were told it might be. We are set to settle on November 25th, which means that November will be our last month paying rent in our apartment and we will finally become homeowners. Please keep your fingers crossed for us that everything runs smoothly in these last four weeks of construction and at the settlement table.
