When we started this blog we wanted to add the floor plans and the model home but kept forgetting to upload the images. Well now the images are uploaded and available for your viewing pleasure. The floor plans below are what we are having built.
Model Home(ours will have a stone front)
Outside: one car garage, and two car drive way.
First Floor: basement with an 8 ft. addition (morning room) and laundry room.
Second Floor: living room with bay window, eat-in country kitchen with bay window, 8 ft addition for upper level morning room, power room, island, and all stainless steel appliances.
Third Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath (one being the luxury master bathroom), 8 ft. addition for a sitting area in the master bedroom, large walk in closets, and hall closets.
